RailTrak 2000 is a software application
that runs within MS Access. This is the proven program that will help the
Rail Union Local Chairperson write and keep track of grievance claims.
RailTrak 2000 has seen major
improvements in design. With an interface that is more intuitive
than ever, and with an ability to more quickly generate documents in a
variety of formats, RailTrak 2000 is ready to work with you in this
new century.
Just about anyone can
learn to use RailTrak 2000. No previous computer experience is
necessary. RailTrak 2000 even speeds up letter writing and data
entry, so typing skill is much less of an issue as compared to working
within a word processing program such as MS Word or Corel Word Perfect.
All of the Local
Chairperson's records are kept in one file which is easy to back up or
move, so file management is also handled by RailTrak 2000.
Once RailTrak 2000 is
purchased, all future updates to the program are free for download from
this web site. The user of the program can run his or her own
licensed copy on as many different PCs as wished with further cost.
RailTrak 2000 is currently being
used by over 100 Local Chairperson's throughout the USA. It has been
in use now for four years and has seen a total of five revisions.
RailTrak 2000 is available for purchase from this web
site for $99.00.

Batch Print Feature
- RailTrak 2000 has a new ability to
print a batch of appeal documents from several different
screens. By selecting any number of claim records from a screen
listing these records, RailTrak 2000 will automatically date each of
those records, print the appeal documents, and print a corresponding
cover letter, as well as updating the status of the claim to either
"Local Appeal" or "Local Conference".
Keep
track of your Union related expenses
